Months of AI progress in 60 minutes. Then your questions.
Most business owners get there on their own eventually, over a year or more. This covers the same ground live, in one free hour, with someone who builds AI into real businesses every day. Then the floor is yours until the questions run out.
Techniques you can put to work before lunch, and a straight answer to the thing you haven't wanted to ask.

While you wait, find out where AI would actually earn its keep in your business:
Take the free scorecardYou are probably using AI at a fraction of what it can do
Most people type a question in, get something bland back, and quietly decide the hype was overblown. Usually the tool is fine. You're one or two habits away from much better answers. Below are the four complaints Gary hears most, and each one has a fix you can learn in minutes.
The output is bland
It reads like a robot wrote it, because it was asked like a search engine. The fix takes about thirty seconds to learn.
It doesn't sound like us
It has no idea who you are, what you sell or how you talk to clients. You only have to tell it properly once.
I can't repeat a good result
Without a system behind it, a good answer is luck. With one, you get the same standard back whenever you need it.
I don't know what's safe to put in
Client data, contracts, financials. A fair question that almost nobody answers plainly, so we answer it.
One hour. Three things you can actually use.
No slides about neural networks and no vendor pitch. Gary works on screen, unscripted. When it gets something wrong, that stays in, because spotting a confidently wrong answer matters far more than watching a polished demo.
From using AI to using AI well
You'll watch the same job done badly and then properly, side by side, and see exactly what changed. Whatever the work is: quotes, reports, emails, proposals.
Ten prompting tips you'll use every day
Ten specific techniques Gary uses every day, demonstrated live and written down for you to keep. Not theory. Things you can apply the same afternoon.
Building your own AI systems
How to turn a result you liked into one you can get on demand, so the jobs that eat your week get faster the more you use it.
Worth your hour, or not?
Save an hour a week off the back of it and you've won back more than a working week over the year. It suits some people a lot better than others.
You'll get a lot from this if
- You run or help run a business and keep hearing about AI without knowing where to start
- You've tried ChatGPT once or twice and didn't get much back
- You want to know what's real and what's sales noise
- You'd rather see it working than read another article about it
- You're worried about the risks and want them explained plainly
Probably not for you if
- You already build with AI and want a technical deep dive
- You're looking for a software demo or a product to buy
- You want a certificate rather than practical skills
- You're hoping AI will run your business without you in the room
Led by a practitioner
Gary Cheers
Digital Strategist & AI PractitionerGary has spent three decades in digital strategy, working with hundreds of clients and helping generate hundreds of millions in revenue between them. These days he builds AI into real businesses through wingenious.ai, some of them two-person operations and some of them long established.
He doesn't teach theory and he doesn't sell software. Everything in the webinar is something he has used himself or built for a client in the last few months.
Why is it free? Running these is how Gary meets people. A few of them later ask him to help with the bigger picture, and that's how he makes a living. Most never do, and that's genuinely fine. No pitch, only sign-posting if you want more support.
Your AI Questions Answered
At 11:00 the talk stops and the floor is yours. Bring the question you haven't wanted to ask in front of your team, or the one no vendor has given you a straight answer to. Gary stays until the questions run out, usually around 11:30.
That is half an hour of a practitioner's time on your problems, for nothing, and it runs over more often than not. It's also the hardest part to get anywhere else, so we let it run rather than cutting it short.
Registering? Add your question on the form. Gary reads them beforehand and works the common ones into the webinar.
- Where would AI save us the most time, realistically?
- Is it safe to put client information into these tools?
- How do I stop it inventing things?
- My team already uses it unofficially. Should I worry?
- Do I need to buy anything, or is the free version enough?
- What should I be doing first, before anything else?
A webinar every fortnight, same time
The same webinar runs every other Friday. Pick whichever date suits you, and if you miss one there's always another in two weeks.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. No card details, no catch, and nothing to buy. Gary runs these to meet people, and a few of them later ask him for help with the bigger picture. Most never do.
None. This is built for business leaders, not developers. If you can use email and a web browser, you've got everything you need. Nothing assumes prior knowledge.
A laptop and a web browser. Nothing to install. Your joining link arrives by email the day before, and again an hour before we start.
No. Most people join with camera and microphone off and ask their questions by text. Nobody will put you on the spot.
Register anyway and we'll send you the recording, or pick a later date from the schedule. The webinar runs every fortnight, so there's always another one coming.
No. There's no pitch in the webinar, only sign-posting if you want more support. At the end Gary mentions a free 30-minute conversation for anyone who wants help applying this to their own business. Take it or ignore it, either is fine.
Please do. Ask them to register separately so they get their own joining link and calendar invite.
The full programme returns
Beyond the introduction there is a three-part programme that takes a business from first prompt to a costed AI roadmap. It's being rebuilt to run live online, and returns later this year. Register for the free webinar and you will hear the dates before anyone else.
