From first prompt to a costed AI roadmap

Beyond the free introduction there is a three-part programme that takes a business from using AI at all to using it deliberately, with governance and a plan behind it. It is being rebuilt to run live online.

Not yet scheduled

There are no dates and nothing to buy yet. This page exists so you can see where the programme goes. The free webinar runs every fortnight in the meantime, next on Friday 16 October, and everyone on that list hears programme dates first.

How this differs from the free webinar

The free webinar, every fortnight

An hour that shows you what good looks like: using AI well, the everyday prompting tips, and how repeatable systems work. Broad, fast, and enough to get real value on your own. Open to anyone, no cost. Save a seat.

The programme, when it runs

A small paid cohort working on your business rather than on examples: you bring real work, build it during the session, and leave with something finished. Depth instead of breadth, and a group small enough that everyone gets time.

1

AI Foundations: Understand AI. Use it today.

Beginner-friendly live online AI training for business leaders. Learn what AI is, how to use it safely, and write your first effective prompts.

Who it is for

  • CEOs and MDs who keep hearing about AI but have not started yet
  • Business owners unsure whether AI is relevant to their sector
  • Senior leaders who want to understand the risks before investing
  • Anyone who wants hands-on AI experience in a supportive, small group setting

What you would leave with

Leave knowing where AI fits in your business, what to watch out for, and with skills you can put to work the same day.

  • The AI landscape. Cut through the hype. Understand what AI can and cannot do for a business like yours, with real examples from companies your size.
  • Data security and risk. Bias, hallucinations, data privacy. Know the risks before you put anything into an AI tool, and learn how to protect your business from day one.
  • Your first prompts. Hands-on with AI tools. Write prompts that produce genuinely useful output for your business, not generic filler.
  • A clear starting point. Leave with a shortlist of AI applications specific to your business, prioritised by impact and ease of implementation.
2

AI in Practice: Go deeper. Work smarter.

Intermediate AI training for business leaders. Master advanced prompting, connect AI to your tools, and automate repetitive work.

Who it is for

  • Leaders who have tried ChatGPT or similar tools but are not getting real value
  • Managers wanting to reduce repetitive work across their team
  • Business owners ready to connect AI to their existing workflows and systems
  • Anyone who completed AI Foundations and wants to go further

What you would leave with

Leave with a working solution to a real business problem and a clear picture of how automation could transform your team.

  • Advanced prompting. Move past basic questions. Learn structured prompting techniques that produce consistent, high-quality business output every time.
  • AI-augmented workflows. Identify the tasks draining your team and learn how to connect AI tools to your existing software to automate them.
  • Solve a real problem. Bring a genuine business challenge to the webinar. Work through it with AI tools and leave with a working solution, not theory.
  • An automation shortlist. Map out the repetitive processes in your business that AI can handle today, ranked by time saved and ease of setup.
3

AI Transformation: Embed AI. Lead the change.

Strategic AI training for business leaders. Design AI workflows, build governance, and create a prioritised AI roadmap for your business.

Who it is for

  • CEOs and directors ready to make AI a core part of their business strategy
  • Leaders who need to build governance and compliance around AI usage
  • Business owners wanting a clear, costed roadmap for AI implementation
  • Anyone who completed AI in Practice and wants to lead AI adoption across their organisation

What you would leave with

Leave with a concrete AI roadmap and a clear path to implementation – whether you run it yourself or bring in specialist support.

  • AI workflows and agents. Design repeatable AI workflows that run across your business. Understand AI agents and how they can handle multi-step processes autonomously.
  • Governance and compliance. Build an AI policy that protects your IP, satisfies regulators, and gives your team confidence to use AI responsibly.
  • Impact mapping. Systematically identify where AI creates the biggest return across operations, sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • Your AI roadmap. Build a prioritised, costed implementation plan with clear next steps. Leave knowing exactly what to do the same day.

Common questions about the programme

It is being rebuilt for live online delivery and returns later this year. There are no dates yet. The free webinar runs every fortnight in the meantime, and everyone who registers for it hears programme dates before they are announced anywhere else.

Not decided, and nothing is on sale. When there are prices they will be on this page.

No. AI Foundations works on its own. Each part builds on the last, so if you want to go further the order is the natural one, but nothing obliges you to continue.

The free hour shows you what good looks like, broadly and quickly, with worked examples. The programme is a small paid cohort working on your business rather than on examples: you bring real work, build it during the session, and leave with something finished.

A live online session, all materials and handouts, hands-on time with AI tools, live questions answered on the call, and a recording afterwards.

A laptop or desktop with a web browser. Nothing to install: your joining link arrives by email beforehand. A second screen helps during the hands-on parts but is not essential.

The roadmap you build is yours to implement however you choose. Some businesses run with it independently, others bring in specialist support. Wingenious.ai is one option for that, and there is no obligation and no sales pitch in any session.
