A free live online webinar called Introduction to AI for Business Leaders, running every fortnight on a Friday at 10:00am. A full hour of live, practical content, followed by Your AI Questions Answered. It is hosted from North Wales and open to anyone in the UK.

Three parts, all worked live on screen: going from using AI to using AI well, ten prompting tips you will use every day, and building your own AI systems so a good result is repeatable rather than lucky. Then Your AI Questions Answered from 11:00: an open floor where you ask and Gary answers.

The next webinar is Friday 23 October 2026 at 10:00am. It then runs every fortnight on a Friday at the same time. See the upcoming dates.

The structure is the same, but the demonstrations change as the tools change, and the questions are different every time because the people are. Plenty of people come back.

The talk runs a full hour, 10:00am to 11:00am. Then Your AI Questions Answered opens the floor, usually until about 11:30am. If you need to leave at 11:00 you will not have missed any of the taught content.

No. Most people join with camera and microphone off and ask their questions by text. Nobody will put you on the spot.

Yes. Everyone who registers gets the recording and a short written summary afterwards, whether or not you made it on the day.

Seats are capped so that questions can actually be answered. If a date fills up, the next one is two weeks later.

There is a three-part programme (AI Foundations, AI in Practice and AI Transformation) that takes a business from first prompt to a costed AI roadmap. It is being rebuilt for live online delivery and returns later this year. Everyone registered for the free webinar hears the dates first.

Not at the moment. The Club started in person and will run in person again: we are reviewing venues, and the areas with the most interest go first. Each of our area pages has a short form to register interest, for example Chester or Wrexham. The free live webinar runs every fortnight in the meantime.
