Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about AI Breakfast Club, our AI training sessions, booking and what to expect on the day.

About the Sessions

AI Breakfast Club is a series of three sequential half-day AI training sessions for business leaders. Held at Theatr Clwyd in Mold, each session runs from 8:00am to 2:00pm and includes a full breakfast and light lunch by Bryn Williams. The sessions cover AI Foundations, AI in Practice and AI Transformation, building progressively from understanding AI to embedding it across your business.

Each ticket includes the full half-day session (8:00am to 2:00pm), all materials and handouts, a full breakfast and light lunch by Bryn Williams at Theatr Clwyd, and hands-on workshop time with AI tools. There are no hidden extras.

Each session runs from 8:00am to 2:00pm, roughly six hours including breakfast, two taught sessions, a hands-on workshop and a light lunch. You will be actively working with AI tools for at least three of those hours.

Sessions run fortnightly, cycling through the three course types. A complete cycle of all three courses takes six weeks. New cycles are added regularly so there is always another opportunity to attend.

Each session is capped at 35 attendees. This keeps the group small enough for Gary to give individual attention during the hands-on workshop, while large enough for productive group discussion and peer learning.

About the Courses

AI Foundations covers the AI landscape, data security, risk, and your first effective prompts. AI in Practice takes you into advanced prompting, automation and solving real business problems. AI Transformation covers AI workflows, governance and building a prioritised AI roadmap. Each builds on the last.

No. AI Foundations works perfectly as a standalone session. However, the courses are designed to build on each other. If you want to go deeper, the full programme of three sessions delivers the most value and is available at a discounted bundle price.

We strongly recommend starting with AI Foundations. AI in Practice and AI Transformation assume knowledge from the earlier sessions. If you have existing AI experience, please get in touch and we can advise on the best starting point for you.

Yes. Some attendees find it valuable to revisit a session after applying what they learned. Each session covers the same core material but the group discussion and hands-on work will be different every time.

Who It Is For

No. These sessions are designed for business leaders, not developers. If you can use email and a web browser, you have everything you need. We start from scratch and build up together.

CEOs, managing directors, business owners, operations directors, marketing directors and senior managers. The sessions are designed for people who make strategic decisions about how their business operates, not for technical staff implementing AI systems.

AI applies to every sector. Past interest has come from manufacturing, professional services, recruitment, hospitality, retail, construction, healthcare and education. The principles are universal and the hands-on sessions are tailored to whatever business challenge you bring.

Absolutely. Tickets are transferable. Just email us with the replacement attendee details before the session. Many business owners attend Foundations themselves and send team members to later sessions.
