# AI Breakfast Club: full reference

> A free live online AI webinar for business leaders anywhere in the United Kingdom, every other Friday at 10:00am. Delivered online only; run from Mold in North Wales.

## Key facts

- The only current offering is a free webinar: **Introduction to AI for Business Leaders**.
- It runs **every other Friday, 10:00am to 11:00am**, followed by **Your AI Questions Answered**, an open question session that usually finishes around 11:30.
- It is **free**. No card details, nothing to buy, and no sales pitch during the webinar.
- Delivered **live online in a browser**. Nothing to install. Attendees can keep camera and microphone off, and most do.
- There is **no recording**. Everyone who attends live gets the pack, which is not sent out afterwards.
- Seats are capped so questions can be answered properly.
- Registration asks for first name and work email, with company and "your biggest AI question" optional. A calendar invite is sent immediately; the joining link arrives by email before the webinar.

## What the webinar covers

Three parts. The first two are worked live on screen and unscripted, with mistakes left in because spotting a confidently wrong answer matters more than a polished demo. The third is an explainer.

1. **From using AI to using AI well.** The same job done badly and then properly, side by side, and what changed. Applies to quotes, reports, emails and proposals.
2. **Ten prompting tips you will use every day.** Specific techniques, demonstrated live and written down to keep.
3. **How to build your own AI systems.** An explainer on turning a result you liked into one you can get on demand, so recurring work gets faster rather than staying a lucky dip.

Then **Your AI Questions Answered**: the floor opens at 11:00 and Gary answers questions about attendees' own businesses until they run out.

## Who it is for

Suits business owners, managing directors and senior leaders who keep hearing about AI without knowing where to start, who have tried ChatGPT once or twice without getting much back, or who want the risks explained plainly. No technical experience assumed.

Not suitable for people who already build with AI and want a technical deep dive, who are looking for a software demo or a product to buy, or who want a certificate rather than practical skills.

## Why it is free

Running the webinar is how Gary meets people. A few later ask him to help with the bigger picture through wingenious.ai, which is his business. Most never do. There is no pitch in the webinar, only sign-posting for anyone who wants more support. At the end he mentions a free 30-minute conversation, which can be ignored.

## The paid programme (not currently scheduled)

A three-part programme is being rebuilt for live online delivery and returns later in the year. No dates, no prices, nothing to buy. Everyone registered for the free webinar hears the dates first.

## In-person events

In-person is paused and no venue is booked. Venues are under review, and the areas with the most registered interest are prioritised. Interest can be registered on the North Wales, Mold, Wrexham and Chester pages.
